MAP & Channel Policy

1. Who This Policy Applies To
This MAP & Channel Policy applies to every approved Viva Health Co. wholesale account and forms part of our Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Viva Health Co. is a brand of RISER NOW LLC (“Viva,” “we,” “us”). Applying for a wholesale account requires agreeing to this policy and to the Wholesale Terms.
2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
The minimum advertised price for each product is its published retail price on vivahealthco.com. You may not advertise any Viva product below its MAP. “Advertise” means any price you publish or display: on a website, in an online listing, in an email or text campaign, on social media, in print, or on in-store signage.
3. What MAP Does Not Cover
MAP governs advertised prices only. The price you actually charge a customer in person, at your front desk, is yours to set. A private, one-time discount code issued by Viva and given directly to a customer is not an advertised price. You may offer only the discount codes Viva issues to you, and you may not publish them as a standing lower price.
4. Authorised Channels
You may resell in your own physical locations and on your own branded website. Resale on third-party online marketplaces (for example Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or social-commerce shops) is not permitted without our prior written consent. You may not sell to another reseller or distributor for resale unless we have approved that account in writing.
5. Packaging and Claims
Product must be sold in its original, unopened, unaltered packaging, as set out in the Wholesale Terms. When you advertise a Viva product, describe it only as our own published materials do. These products are dietary supplements; do not make, publish or repeat any disease claim, or any claim that is not in our own published materials.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We monitor advertised prices and sales channels. If we find a listing or advertisement that does not follow this policy, we will ask you to correct or remove it. Continued or repeated non-compliance may result in suspension of wholesale pricing, refusal of further orders, or closure of the account. This policy is our unilateral policy; it is not an agreement about the price you charge, and we do not accept or seek any commitment from you about resale prices beyond what this policy states.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy, including MAP when our published retail prices change. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
